Richard Jaworski chaired the Patent Law Workshop at the 48th AIAA Aerospace Sciences Meeting on January 5, 2010 in Orlando, Florida. The purpose of the workshop was to provide insight into the patent options available, as well as the process for obtaining patents. Also discussed were recent changes to patent law and current suggested changes and their impact. |
