Wendy Miller spoke on a Litigation Panel at the New York Intellectual Property Law Association, CLE Fall One-Day Patent Program, on November 4, 2010.  Ms. Miller spoke on the issue of inducing patent infringement, following the grant of certiorari by the U.S. Supreme Court on that issue in the case of SEB S.A. v. Montgomery Ward & Co., Inc., 594 F.3d 1360 (Fed. Cir. 2010).  Ms. Miller and Cooper & Dunham lawyer Norman Zivin represented SEB before the U.S. Supreme Court in that case.
