Chang Sik Lim received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley in 2007 and his J.D. degree from Cornell Law School in 2011. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Lim's admission to the New York State Bar is pending. He is fluent in Korean.
