Neal J. McLaughlin was born in Poolesville, Maryland, in 1983. He received his B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in 2005 and his J.D. degree from the Evening Division at Brooklyn Law School in 2009. Prior to and during law school, he worked as a project engineer in the product development industry. Mr. McLaughlin is admitted to the New York State Bar and to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. McLaughlin is also a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, American Intellectual Property Law Association and New York County Lawyers' Association.
