Gary J. Gershik was born in Minsk, Belarus in 1971. He attended Columbia University School of Engineering, where he earned a B.S. degree in chemical engineering, and New York Law School where he earned his J.D. degree. Mr. Gershik is admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Gershik is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the New York Intellectual Property Law Association (Member, Committee on Harmonization of Patent Laws) and the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Gershik is also an active member of the Patents Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Mr. Gershik focuses his practice on the areas of chemicals, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
