Areas of Practice
Alexis' practice includes all aspects of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent prosecution and counseling. During law school, Alexis worked as a legal and compliance intern for a healthcare transparency company reviewing contracts, preparing compliance training presentations and due diligence reports, and drafting memorandum on various topics including HIPAA, noncompete agreements, and encryption laws. Ms. Fede also worked as a research assistant at Seton Hall University School of Law researching and drafting memorandum on Food and Drug Law topics, including Inter Partes Review of pharmaceutical patents, FDA oversight in laboratory developed tests, 21st Century Cures Act, Precision Medicine Initiative, and Right to Try Acts.
Alexis also interned for the Honorable Robert L. Polifroni, P.J.Cv. in the Bergen County Superior Court.
