Laura A. Alos


Areas of Practice


Laura specializes in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, trade dress, copyright, false advertising, defamation, and unfair competition matters in federal court.  Ms. Alos regularly represents clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.  Laura also prepares and prosecutes trademark applications, as well as providing counseling in connection with trademark-related issues, including the clearance and selection of marks, enforcement, and proper use.
