Areas of Practice

 

Linsheng focuses her practice on intellectual property matters in the life sciences field. Linsheng’s practice encompasses both patent prosecution and litigation. She prosecutes U.S. and foreign patents covering pharmaceutical and chemical inventions, provides strategic counseling, performs prior art searches and prepares patentability and freedom to operate opinions. Linsheng also represents clients in disputes involving patent infringement and licensing agreements.
