Norman Zivin succesful in two appellate arguments

Norman Zivin has won two appellate arguments in federal courts so far in 2017.

In January, he represented (with associate Laura Alos on the brief) the successful appellee in Patsy's Italian Restaurant v. Patsy;s Inc., a trademark dispute decided by the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

erg on the brief) the successful appellee in InterMetro Industries Corp. v. Enovate Medical LLC, a patent dispute decided by the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
